  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note on Final Sale Items: For the safety of our customers, knives & sheaths are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to their specialized nature.

  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack your return using the original packaging if possible.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International Returns: Duties and taxes are non-refundable

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
  • You’ll be responsible for shipping costs for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
