Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days delivery)
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days delivery)

Note: We don’t ship to some Asian countries and remote areas – if your location isn’t available at checkout, give us a holler at [email protected].

Not happy with your purchase? We’ll make it right quicker than you can say “yeehaw!” Here’s how our returns work:

Return Basics:

  • Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached in original packaging
  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns

For everyone’s safety, our Knives & Sheaths can’t be returned – they’re as final as a showdown at high noon.

Refund Information

  • Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs, international duties/taxes

Exchange Details

  • You’ll cover new shipping costs unless it’s our mistake
